How can we make Plickers better?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

  1. Let's Create Tests

    Are there plans to add a feature where you can create a test using Plickers? And then the responses can be shown for each individual student instead of each class and viewing one response at a time? I think this would save a lot of time. For me as a PE teacher, this would be helpful because we don't always have enough time to take out paper and pencils to do a written test and I feel this platform would be faster and more efficient!

    Be able just to say turn to graph or Reval answer and Mabey make it optional how many cards you want to print or what number

  4. Turning Questions into Cumulative Tests

    It would be great if we could easily transfer the questions we create to a document to use for cumulative tests.

  6. Can you make the question area wider?

    Can you make the question area wider in the live view so the question can be bigger? The section with the student names or bar graph doesn't have to take up half the screen, it could be taller.

  10. Live view answers

    I'd love to see a different color check mark for students getting an answer incorrect. I don't want to have to reveal the answers before giving students the opportunity to check their choice.

  11. Auto change responses to go back to Students in Live View instead of staying in Graph so anwers can't be seen as

    I forget almost every time to put the responses back to Students. When I forget to go back to Students (in responses), students can see what others are choosing in the Graph. Please make it automatically go back to Students!

  12. Preview Questions Page for students to view MULTIPLE before answering

    Have a page dedicated to view multiple questions in que. Or a page where MULTIPLE questions in a certain folder can be viewed. The point of this idea is to view multiple questions on a page to give students time to review and think, then come back and answer on the live view page.

  13. More Folders in ALL areas

    Could we have more folders in all areas? How about the classes? I could use folders for sorting, 2014, 2015, Sample classes, etc. Also, maybe folders in my ques? I could prepare lessons further in the future. Thanks. You rock

  14. Panel-only Display option - For showing "on top" of other applications (like PowerPoint).

    With many other polling applications (clickers, etc.), you don't have to have your questions entered into the system itself. Rather the questions can exist in whatever format you want (PDF, website, PowerPoint, etc.) and the polling software runs "on top" of the other applications on your computer. If Plickers had an "Panel-Only" option where only the response grid and/or class graph were displayed and that was easily minimized it would be extremely useful. This would be used in conjunction with generic Plicker questions.

  15. Wrong questions will be substracted from the final grade

    Hello! I would like to know if is it possible to weight the results of the test, I mean, make a test with only three answers and every wrong question subtract 1/3 of a right question in the final grade. (In a example with four answers,1/4 of a right one)

  16. Can we have UK Year groups in the class options, please?

    When setting up classes, it would be useful to have UK Year descriptors as an option, since we don't have the Grade system here in the UK.

  18. Can you make it so that when a student answers it turns green if red and

    I would like to see the box next to the student turn green if they get it right and red if wrong. This would give the student immediate feedback if their answer was right or not. Without this feature my only choice is to reveal the answers as students answer, which I don't want to do because of other students that haven't answered or to do it after all responses are recorded.

  19. Integration of Plickers with Grading Software

    t would be great if there could be easy integration with our gradebooks. For example, if we could easily transport grades from Plickers to Skyward. I use my questions at the end of each day as formative assessments, and adding those into the gradebook can add up quickly.
