    If you have Acrobat (not Reader), you can crop the current PDF pages to get rid of most of the white space around the card images, and then export as JPGs. Then import the images into Word and you can fit 4 images per page without reducing the original size of each image.

    I would imagine that the total number of cards in the set is limited by the simplicity of the image that represents each card. Something over 63 would require that each image have more pixels, so instead of a 5x5 pixel card you would need a 6x6 pixel card and then you start getting into smaller pixels are more difficult to recognize.
