change live view to start with response panel hidden
I would like to be able to set the default live view so that the response panel is hidden when I bring up the question in live view so the students can respond without being influenced by how their peers. I would then like to default to graph view and not the class list when I reveal the panel.

i would love to have the graph the default too, since my computer is in the back of my room
