Create an app for Microsoft Surface

It would be great if you would create an app for the Microsoft Surface. I have a Surface 2, not the pro and it would be great to be able to use this program.

    Can you please tell me how can I use Plickers App in the Microsft Lumia 640 LTE Smartphone?

Ideas: New Platforms/Devices (iPad, Windows, Webcam, etc.)
