How can we make Plickers better?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Cards that have student name and letters on reverse

    Instead of printing 2 cards to a page, can you merge the cards and class data so that you can print 1 card to half a page, and make it so that you can fold the page with the student name on the other half, plus large ABCD letters so as the child holds it up, they can see from the back which way up it is? I have to do this by hand otherwise and very time consuming! Let me know if you want an example.

  2. School Groups

    Create school groups similar to class dojo so that when one teacher creates a class or adds a student to the software, other teachers can use that data without having to re-enter it.

  8. Add items to queue from question history report

    I would like to be able to look up how my class did on past questions, and add those questions back to the queue without navigating away from the question history report.

    So if I see that 30% of my class missed a specific question, I can one or two-click to get it added back to that class queue.

  9. Image size in Live View window.

    The amount of screen space allocated to images in the Live View window is quite small. Resizing the image on the user end has no impact on this. Please allow some customization of how the Live View screen is organized. Examples, resizing text, other components of the window, etc.

    A live score running, so that mid way through a group of questions, students know their percentage, rather than just finding out at the end.

  12. Put pictures into answers

    I teach math and I would love to be able to add pictures to not only questions...but to answers as well! For example, when I teach graphing I would like to be able to insert pictures of graphs in the answers. Or when I teach geometry this would come in handy.

    1. There is no internet in our school. An offline version of the LiveView would be awesome.

  15. questionary in PDF format?

    my idea is: if i dont have internet connection on my class room , i can't project the questions to the white board. Can i tranform my questions in pdf format to project them without internet connection? Sure i have connection on my smartphone and i can scan. Thanks!

    If there is a way for us to generate links to particular questions or class groups then we can add these links to other educational apps and provide seamless connectivity between both the apps.

  17. Can I share the classroom with other teachers?

    Should I then have an identity that is shared with all teachers? When for instance iPads are used it would be practical to rapidly scan the equipment used. Then you would see where each iPad is situated in the group. (Lists are timedemanding to use.)
