How can we make Plickers better?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. One roster

    I teach 4/5. I have many different students throughout the day that I share with 2 other teachers. It would be nice if we could upload all of them and assign numbers. Those numbers would stay with them no matter what class I assigned them to.

  2. Organize questions on scoresheet by folder

    It would be very helpful if we could filter score sheet according to folder name. For example - I have create a folder for each of my outcomes and place a variety of questions in each... so when I want to assess students for a specific outcome I can open that folder and ask away! On the scoresheet however, it lists all of the questions... so I have to unselect and select questions according to which outcome I am looking to assess...

    As it is - you cannot even see which folder the questions are from on the scoresheet. If…

  3. Can there be an option to indicate who got the right answer but not show what the right answer is?

    I want students to get feedback that they're correct or not, but not see what the right answer is. Can this be an option please?

  7. Have a place to add in standards and allow for filtering results

    It would be helpful to add in which standard the question is addressing, then be able to filter by standard when it's time to work on report cards.

  8. Have the option to scan holding the iPad horizontally

    By holding the iPad horizontally, I would be able to scan in more responses in a shorter amount of time given the layout of my room. Having the option to do this would be great!

  9. Indivudal Assessment Scoresheet.

    I think it would be a great idea is score sheets can include individual assessments vs multiple assessments. I would like to be able to add grades in my grade book from each individual assessment. However, when I add a new test that test is combined with the other and then it provides an average grade of both assessments vs. providing grades for each assessment.

  10. Automatically number the questions in the queue

    I am new to plickers. Sometimes I am not sure which the next question is and I have to check. Questions numbers on the queue would help me not to lose track. Of course I could number the questions myself but then, I would have to renumber the questions every time that I use them on a different queue.

  17. Could we somehow embed the Plickers Questions / using the App into our ActivInspire Flipcharts?

    Many teachers use ActivInspire to create flipcharts for showing / demonstrating curriculum to students to make it more engaging. Allowing Plickers to be embedded into this program would be so much easier than trying to use classflow which is much more complicated to use than Plickers.

  18. file format of the exported scoresheet

    I think it would be wonderful to be able to export the scoresheet into a format of Excell such as .xls or .xlsx. That would allow to manage the assessment data in a truly userfriendly format and easily add the data to school data bases.
