    What a great idea for a cultural geography or home economics unit! Teaching students about regional Georgian ingredients through actual dishes would make the lesson so much more memorable. For anyone planning something similar, comparing traditional cooking with modern convenience food options can really round out a classroom project on regional cuisines mixing in both traditional recipes and quick-service examples gives students a fuller picture.
