An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedYou can do this with the add-on "Texify plickers" from violentmonkey. Install the add-on code and then type [; to enter maths mode and ;] to leave it. Then use ^ and _ for superscript. So [;x^2;] will come out as x squared, in the sort of italic font that text books use for mathematical notation, or [;x_1;] will appear as x with a subscript 1. You can do much more complicated maths than that too - fractions and integrals and all sorts. Hope that helps. :-)

An error occurred while saving the comment Anonymous commentedI'm just about to start using Plickers having had to stop using Smart Response since the recent "upgrade" has removed all the functionality. :-( Being able to import questions from ppt or pdf would get my vote too. I also want to be able to create questions for my whole department to use without them having to log in as me. Is this possible?
You can do this with an extension to Chrome called texify-plickers. If you google for it you'll find where to download it from and how to install it.
