Mark blanks as wrong answers in the scoresheet to force all students to give an answer
It would be nice if the scoresheet would read blanks as wrong answers. My very clever students realized that if they answer only the questions they are very sure of the answer and abstain from the questions they have no clue on, their chances of getting a high grade increases.

It would be nice to have a way to change the point value of each question when scoring.
Each question needs to have the option to change the point value when scoring.

How about no cards needed
I love this platform, but now that my school is going one to one, I would love to be able to share my questions and have students answer electronically instead of with cards.

Penalize wrong answers
Good afternoon,
I'm a teacher in a seconday school who has been using Plickers for a couple of months. Fist and foremost, I have to say that I find the app amazing. Having said that, however, I would like to know if it would be possible to have the possibility of "penalizing" wrong answers. I'm saying this because I sometimes find that students who have not studied for the topic I have prepared the questions for answer the questions at random and the rest of the group get annoyed whenever their mark happens to be lower than that of the…

Include a link to attach the questions to a lesson plan
It would be great for there to be a way that you could include the link to Plickers/your questions right into a lesson plan.

Option to delay the reveal of an image/graphic
Have the option to delay the presentation of an image (one that illustrates the answer and allows for discussion) until after the question has been asked and all answers have been submitted.
For example: If the question is "On which continent is Myanmar located?", I could include an image of a blank global map with the question, and once students submit their answers I can reveal a new image of the global map with a star on the location of Myanmar.
I don't want this image to appear alongside the question itself because it gives away the answer. But for…

I'd like to be able to easily email each student their individual Scoresheet Report.
I'd like to be able to easily email each student their individual Scoresheet Report, without having to unpack each one and then separately email it. Is it possible to write a small program that would do this automatically? Maybe add the student's email to the Plicker's database? Or a student login?

Have a plicker app for students!
Students app that they could download on their phone. The app would allow them to have access to the questions assigned to the class and randomize the order the answer choices are in. Also, show them which questions they got wrong in class.

Unilateral and universal control of Plickers from both touch device and computer to smooth out workflow.
Complete remote control of the web app from the device is necessary to free teachers from having to linger around the computer at their desks.
In fact, since I go back to the computer to show/hide panel and reveal answers so often that I'd like to ditch the iPad altogether; however Plickers cannot queue without the iPad!
All features - text size, show/hide panel, show graph, reveal answers, (next question!), etc should be available in the iOS/Android apps, and vice versa, queuing should be functional in the computer web app.
As it stands now, running Plickers comprehensively requires active management…

Have the results sent to other databases/services
I would love if we could use the app linked to another learning platform. If there was an interface that could be developed to do this it would benefit so many others using other platforms!

Assign a particular number to a student.
I would like to be able to assign a particular number to a student (currently my class has student numbers and it would be less confusing if they could have the same plicker card number).

I'd like to see cards that are made with just an A and B option for the students who cannot handle too much in front of them

Allow the whole Library Sub Folder Questions to be added to the Class Queue.
I find it very tedious having to select each and every Question one by one from Library of '25 x common Idioms' to Class Queue!
Having taken the trouble to create the Library sub folder. and order them numerically. I just want to select, the entire Library Sub-Folder (that contains all the sorted 25 x Common Idioms) to the Class Queue.
One can delete Questions and re-order them if necessary. Much easier than adding one by one for each and every Class.4 votes -

Provide an option to count unanswered questions as zeros.
I like to use Plickers to encourage attendance and participation. I would love to see an option to count missing grades as zeros when I am using the grade reports. For example, I have 22 possible questions for several lectures. I have one student who was present for just 9 questions. She got a 9/9 (100%) but I would like to see the report give her a 41%. I can do this in Excel but it would be nice to skip the extra step.
