How can we make Plickers better?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. The ability to export questions

    The ability to export questions would be very useful. Just as the scoresheet exportation is extremely useful. Possibly uploading questions could be something to think about aswell.

  3. Please Please make this easier for sharing and uploading questions. Teachers love Plickers but we need it to be easier to upload.

  4. Offline usage

    An Offline apk would be perfect for places without WiFi (like in developing countries). Now we still need a Internet connection.

    Best inbuilt in the apk. Otherwise connected with a laptop (as server) - bluetooth or WLAN. Or even wired by USB cable as a safe option!

  6. Customize "Print reports for individual students"

    I would like to give each student his scoresheet.
    I use the ""Print reports for individual students" function but it takes to many pages. I would like to reduce it.

  8. Equation editor / images for chemistry

    Using an equation editor (like microsoft equation editor) to write chemistry equations or being able to add those equations as an image in the question's and answers fields.

  9. Send students their results

    Have a way to attach student emails to the cards so students can be sent their results individually to see how they did. So I can click a button to send out their results and student A can see which questions they got right and which ones they need to work through.

  10. Ability to assign weight to answers and Individual Graph comparison for some questions

    The ability to assign a simple 1, 2, 3 to the answers instead of correct answer. I want to use it for my students for Fundemental Motor Skills but no one answer is correct it is where they scored for the Pre or Post test they undertook.

    I would also like to be able to click on the student name and it show a comparison graph on the same question answered twice so I can track their progress in a graph when revisiting the skill again.

    Is there a way to tally the total number of correct in a more of a trivia game format? Much like Kahoot does after each question.

  13. Card backs

    I've already made these but they look great and are really useful. On the reverse of each card there is a square with the number of the card in large lettering. Of course each number appears four times, facing each direction, so it's not possible to tell which way it's orientated from behind. I've also colour coded each with a unique radial gradient (some nicely garish combinations). This means the students can remember their card number better and it also makes it a lot quicker to distribute cards. That and it makes the set of cards look really wonderfully colourful.…

  14. You should be able to resize images in questions so the class can see them!

    When I post images (especially when there is information of text on them) they are too small on the smart board for students to see. You should be able to resize the images just like you can do with the font.

  16. Offline LiveView (Win/Mac laptop) and others

    1. There is no internet in our school. An offline version of the LiveView would be awesome.

    2. Question, folder, roster, stats, etc. import and export to excel

  18. TIMESAVER: Import questions and answers from spreadsheet (Drive)

    Kind of like creating formulaires from spreadsheet in Google Suit, it would be great to be able to have a question in a cell and the answers in the following rows in the same column. It will save tons of time!!!

  19. Create an extension for google slides or/and ppt

    It would be very useful for teachers who have presentations for their lessons If you can embed and ask the questions using plickers while you present the content.
