I know that providing a bank for everyone using the app's questions is going to take some time. I know it's a bandaid, but putting it so that there's a school account and then teacher account and only store the information for just that school in the same bank would help a lot and also really promote the app. It wouldn't really matter if all teachers could access all the information for all students in that school because most can in other more formal assessment means as well.

Edit class rosters more easily
Enable editing class rosters so that we can delete all students with one click, without deleting the entire "class" from our acct. Each year we have new students, but the teachers, color codes, etc. stay the same. Currently, I have to delete EACH student before uploading my new rosters. I don't want to delete the teacher's names.

Transferring Students
It would be great if I could transfer students from one class to another. Recently I've had to delete a few students from one class (and their data), then retype their name into a new class.

Creating groups from existing classes
Sometimes I teach with groups constituted with pupils from two classes. Each pupil in a class have its personal card. I would like to create a group with existing pupils. (I know that there isn't the same code in a group. Ex. Group 5BD is contituted with the beginning of the 5B class and the end of 5D class)

ATTENDANCE I would like to record my class attendance.
Plickers would be excellent to use at the start of class to record attendance. It would save time and ideally would print out a summary report at the end of the semester.

Random Name Chooser
Sometimes you just want to pick a student at random to ask them a question verbally in front of the class. This is the power of Plickers - because I can see the misconceptions, I know when it is worth starting a discussion on that question. And sometimes it's good if the class see that the process of picking that student is random (i.e. cold calling) as it keeps them alert. Make it possible to switch the card numbers and names without having to delete students
Please make an option where we can change the card number of students without having to delete and reenter all the students afterwards. This would be helpful if teachers give students individual class numbers and want to match the card number to the student's class number.

Allow for student groups to be created from the class list
We have a whole year group set up as a class and we would like to then pick from that class a group for maths, a group for English, etc. so that the students then only need 1 plickers card to cover all of the subjects and the teachers create their groups from the same generic class list.

Multiple Users Per Set
I would like to add my co-teacher to my classes. She needs administrator privileges like creating questions and answers and editing rosters. I think this is a better alternative than giving out my log-in information.

Automatically assign card numbers based on first name instead of last name
I keep my roster and gradebook in alphabetical order by first name instead of last name. However, when I copy and paste the roster into Plickers, the students are assigned numbers based on their last names. I would like them to be assigned student numbers automatically based on the order that I pasted the roster.
Example:
I paste a roster. The student whose FIRST name begins with A gets card 1, and the student whose FIRST name begins with Z gets card 26 (or however many students are in the class).2 votes -

Does Plickers work if there is no network on the phone or if the wifi is down?

Assign a particular number to a student.
I would like to be able to assign a particular number to a student (currently my class has student numbers and it would be less confusing if they could have the same plicker card number).

Allow the whole Library Sub Folder Questions to be added to the Class Queue.
I find it very tedious having to select each and every Question one by one from Library of '25 x common Idioms' to Class Queue!
Having taken the trouble to create the Library sub folder. and order them numerically. I just want to select, the entire Library Sub-Folder (that contains all the sorted 25 x Common Idioms) to the Class Queue.
One can delete Questions and re-order them if necessary. Much easier than adding one by one for each and every Class.4 votes -
Automatically reassign card numbers matching alphabetical sort when adding/deleting a student
Every year I create my classes from the start of year roster. Inevitably students switch classes, or leave, or new students arrive. I would like a way to keep my classes in alphabetical and roster number order. So a way to automatically reassign the card numbers to match the new roster would be awesome.
