Special Needs
It would be awesome to have the letters color coded or use picture symbols instead of letters. This way students who don't read could match colors or pictures instead.

why not just take four color markers and mark four colors on the back.
A Red B blue c Yellow D. Greenthat way color dont show when facing forward
