I would love to be able to type mathematical symbols.

Plickers est un site fantastique. Il serait mathématiques tellement mieux si nous pouvions taper des équations - essentielles pour les maths enseignement

Plickers is a fantastic website. It would make mathematics so much better if we could type out equations - essential for maths teaching.

I create an image with the question as well as the answer choices. This way, I can use subscript, superscript, and all math symbols. This is much easier to do than LaTex.

Quizalize uses LaTex which works very well

Yes please, it would be useful for Physics too !!!

Using Word I cut and paste an equation but it converts the exponent into ^2 for example, better than not but still would prefer to use superscripts and subscripts.

For those of you using TeXify Plickers, I found a workaround for adding space after an answer choice. Seems really obvious now that I think about it, but thought I'd add it here.
Just add a line break "\\" before the end ";]" to put a space after one answer choice and before the next. I have answer choices that are systems of equations, and having them all run together just isn't an option.

We really need to be able to display advanced mathematical symbols. My algebra students loved plickers as a review, but I am very limited to the questions I can ask if I don't have math sybols.

As a Maths Teacher and a user of Plickers, I would find this very helpful indeed.

I use for vocabulary tests, and math quizzes, it would be nice to be able to bold certain words or even highlight them, also create a small text box would be great. my principal now wants the standards, so being able to sort the questions once they've be archived, would be an easy to access what standards they lack in

I did try TeXify-Plickers, which looks nice but is unstable yet in my experience (strange behavior when you show up several questions in a row); furthermore one has to install the module on the teacher's computer in each classroom where you want to use it... so I support the request for some sort of math editor; if not as powerful as Microsoft Equation or LibreOffice Math, some wiki-like syntax (sub and superscript, greek letters and a few symbols) would be nice already

I could use this more often if I could type math and chemistry symbols.

This feature is important for science instructors.

I've been working with Plickers for over a year now, and I can't believe they haven't added this functionality. Makes it next to useless for teaching engineering.

Yes, I dearly would.

ABSOLUTELY! My only reservation about Plickers...

I need superscripts and subscripts for teaching chemistry!
