Android users can scan in portrait or landscape mode, and we’re currently working on this for iOS users. It should be available in a future app update! Hang in there!

I got this great case for my ipad Air 2 with a keyboard. It is a pain to not have everything in the app go back and forth and turn as necessary. Is this not possible?

You can also use the rotate camera button, in the bottom right, tap the three dots (at least thats how it looks on my phone) it will rotate the orientation of the scanner.
Try it with a card until you get the answer you want.

You can scan in portrait mode and move the camera around the room... sort of like taking a panoramic picture. It will record the answer as soon as it becomes visible on the screen.
