I teach over 700 students grades k through 2, the class sizes average 24, so I figured the number of "classes" was endless, since they would not be in the same room at the same time, but it stopped me at 64. Is there a way to increase it?

I teach 756 students in multi-age double class spaces (with max of 58 kids per class!). I'd love to be able to have individualised cards for each student.
At the least, 239 or so for our 5 and 6 students. (Hopefully, enough for our 3-6s: around 500)
Is this even possible?
My deputy principal is very keen to trial this for formative assessment. I'm keen to try it with the other specialist and general teachers in our school.
