How are you guys dealing with slow indexation on React apps?

We recently migrated our web platform to React, but search engines are taking forever to render and index our dynamic content. Setting up and maintaining a full server-side rendering architecture right now feels way too resource-intensive for our small team. Is there a simpler, more reliable way to get JS content indexed fast?
