My main questions are:

Is it safe, especially for beginners who don’t have any connections?

Why do most of these jobs ask for upfront payment? Is that normal?

Are listings for cities like Pune, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, and Kolkata genuine or just copy-paste ads?
I’m not judging the work - everyone has their own reasons for choosing a career path. I just want to make sure I don’t fall into something risky or illegal. Right now, the internet is full of mixed information, and it’s hard to trust what’s real.
