  1. Instead of a minimum for 40 cards, make the minimum 10 cards per set

When I saw the number of minimum set of cards it was 40 for the standard pack. Can you decrease your number to 10? If you have 7 students in your class, would you waste paper and take 40 different Plickers cards? Please make a new pack of cards which consists of 10 different cards.

  2. Border around QR

I would like to have the option to print cards with or without a border around the QR code. My students cut & glue the cards into a notebook. A box around the code would make this easier and neater.

  3. A large font expanded set would be awesome!

A large font expanded set would be awesome because we have two teachers that teach together and have 48 kids. But the little cards are too small for the little kids I think.

  4. Increase plicker image size proportionally & centered for letter or legal size card stock and choose custom margins when printing them

I'd like to have a little larger plicker image than the "small" so if I could print out the small plickers 2 to a page but then "scale" the image up 10-20% while the image continues to center itself according to the custom margins I entered then Life would be more awesome in my classroom. The small card is just a little too small to be seen from the other end of the classroom while the large plicker is way too large. Somewhere in the middle would be absolutely Perfect! Small Medium Large

  6. How about an option to make the cards personal to the student.

If I could include their name on the card, I wouldn't spend time remembering who is which number. Also, if I allowed them to keep cards with them, it would be easier when other teachers find the cards left in their room or hallway.

  7. Different sized qr codes

be able to print at least 4 QR codes to a page. Or have them the size of "name tag" Avery sticker labels to stick to the back of other answer methods such as personal white boards.

    Hi friends,

You can print 4 QR codes to a page by printing the standard set with 2 pages per 8.5 × 11″ sheet. Since each standard page has 2 Plickers QR codes on them, when you print 2 per page, it will automatically have 4 codes per page for you!

    Best,

    Jenn

  8. Find a way that students can't cheat and peak at each other's card

I teach 6th grade and the students glance at each other's cards. It would be great to come up with a way that students can't cheat.

  9. Two sided cards for one student.

Allowing ABCDEFG(H). This would allow testing of simple music notation.

  11. Stickers

To make the letters larger, I simply placed sticky dots over the existing letters and rewrote the letters, larger, with a fine tipped marker. It makes it easier for young students.

  12. Cards for Primary Grades

As a first grade teacher I had to come up with a way for my children to hold the card the right way. Often they were covering part of the bar code with their fingers (the one with 2 per page). So I put stickers on the four corners and call them their finger spots. This way they know where their fingers should be and don't cover any of the bar code for easy scanning. It would be great if these could be printed on the card though so they are more durable.

  13. Allow 5 answer choices instead of just 4

It would involve redesigning the cards, but I'd love to have 5 answer choices available. Many standardized tests (like the SAT) have 5 answer choices, and it would be nice to use Plickers to invigorate our SAT prep.

I've had a great experience so far using Plickers in my classroom. Thanks for making the app available!

  14. Gridded Responses

Plickers is great but being limited to multiple choice can be a real setback as a teacher. I have seen different programs and apps that have the ability to scan gridded response and bubble sheets. Seeing these got me to thinking that it would be really great to have a two sided card. On one side would be the current multiple choice plicker card but on the other side there would be a gridded response area. Students could fill in the gridded resonse bubbles with either a dry erase marker or dry erase crayon (if the cards were laminated). To…

  16. More than 63 unique cards

I'd like to use Plickers with more than 63 students/respondents at once.

    Example uses:
    - Model the use of Plickers at large PD sessions (approx. 200 respondents)
    - Large university classrooms (100+ respondents)

Let us know in a comment how many you'd need!

  17. Print the answer choices on the *backs* of the cards

    Pros:
    - students can see them while they're answering

    Cons:
    - students might copy answers from each other
